Website down PHP Fatal error AH01215

    Hallo zusammen,

    seit heute morgen ist unsere Website down und wir haben leider keine Ahnung warum. Wir haben über FTP versucht alle Plugins zu deaktivieren, indem wir den Plugins Ordner un wp-content umbenannt haben, ohne Erfolg. Leider kennen wir uns nicht genug aus um den Fehlerlog genau auszuwerten. Vlt. kann uns jemand anhand des Fehlerlogs unten weiterhelfen, woran es liegen könnte?

    Die Domain liegt bei Strato, PHP 8.2 ist eigentlich https eingestellt.

    Vielen Dank an Alle! Wir sind leider ziemlich lost.

    Hallo,
    mir ist nicht klar, ob ihr den Plugins Ordner und wp-content oder den Plugins Ordner in wp-content umbenannt habt. Beides ist auf jeden Fall nicht gut.

    Wie man den Plugins-Ordner korrekt per FTP deaktiviert, wird in dem folgenden Beitrag aus unserer FAQ beschrieben: https://de.wordpress.org/support/topic/wie-deaktiviert-man-alle-plugins-ohne-adminzugang/

    Zunächst: So wie es aussieht gibt es ein Problem mit dem Plugin Elementor. Das kann auch an fehlerhaften Dateien im Ordner Elementor liegen.

    Du kannst z. B. wie folgt vorgehen:

    • Bevor du Änderungen vornimmst, erstelle ein Backup deiner WordPress-Website. Dies umfasst sowohl die Dateien als auch die Datenbank.
    • Suche per FTP den Ordner /wp-content/plugins/elementor.
    • Ziehe den Ordner mit dem evtl. fehlerhaften Plugin Elementor per FTP auf deinen lokalen Rechner z. B. in einen Ordner /defekt/
    • Lösche den kompletten Ordner elementor auf dem Server.
    • Lade Elementor hier runter auf deinen lokalen Rechner.
    • Entpacke die zip-Datei in einem lokalen Ordner, z. B. /meine_plugins/
    • Danach sollte Elementor in dem Ordner /meine_plugins/elementor auf deinem lokalen Rechner liegen.
    • Lade den gesamten Ordner elementor wieder unter /wp-content/plugins/ hoch. Danach sollte das Plugin wieder korrekt unter /wp-content/plugins/elementor liegen.

    Teste anschließend, ob das Problem behoben ist.
