# WooCommerce doesn’t send Emails

 * Hello,
 * I’m facing the problem that Woocommerce does not send emails to customers (for
   example an order confirmation. The only E-Mail Woocommerce sends is when items
   are getting out of stock to the admin.
    Everything in the email settings in notification
   is ticked. Any reasons why this could be?
