# WordPress 6 Release?

 * I thought the release of WordPress 6 would be today (24.05)? At least that’s 
   what it says everywhere? But I can’t find any updates on my websites. Still the
   zip download on the website? Have I missed something or misunderstood something?
   I can’t find any information that the release was delayed. When is the release
   and why is there no information?
