WordPress ist sehr langsam

Hallo, meine Homepage ist seit ein paar Tagen enorm langsam. Das gilt sowohl für das Backend, als auch für das Frontend. Ich habe alle Plugins getestet, die sind in Ordnung. Mein Theme ich aus dem neuesten Stand. PHP-Version laut meines Providers (Strato) ist die Version 7.2
