wp-login.php führt zu http 500 Error

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich brauche mal eure Hilfe, weiß selber nicht mehr weiter …
    Ich kann mich über die wp-login.php nicht mehr anmelden. Über Firefox und Chrome bekomme ich eine weiße Seite, über den IE wird mir ein HTTP 500 Error ausgegeben. Die Seite an sich funktioniert einwandfrei.
    Hab dann natürlich erstmal gegoogelt und verschiedene Lösungsvorschläge ausprobiert, u.a. über FTP den Plugin-Ordner umbenannt und damit deaktiviert. Hat alles nichts gebracht.
    Über den Debug-Mode bekomme ich folgende Meldungen:

    Damit kann ich als mehr oder weniger Laie allerdings nicht allzu viel anfangen. Wer kann mir hier weiterhelfen, wo mein Fehler liegt?

    Tja, ich würde sagen, über einen zu langen Zeitraum nicht upgedatet. Du nutzt WordPress 4.1.27, diese Version ist uralt. Ich schätze, dein Hoster hat auf PHP 7 umgestellt und jetzt fliegt dir alles um die Ohren.

    Frag beim Hoster mal nach, ob sie Änderungen vorgenommen haben. Vielleicht können die dir da temporär wieder was umstellen, damit du die Version versuchen kannst durch Updates zu retten.

    Das jedenfalls hört sich gar nicht gut an.

    Ich finde die Seite leider im Moment nicht wieder, aber es gibt im Netz eine brauchbare Beschreibung, wie man manuell von 4.x auf 5.x updaten kann. Habe jetzt keine Zeit, um die Seite wiederzufinden, bemühe mal google.

    Danke, sowas hab ich befüchtet. Hab in der Tat länger kein Update gemacht und mein Hoster hat auf PHP 7 umgestellt 🙁

    Nun gut – selber schuld, dann heißt es jetzt manuell updaten.

    Vielen Dank für die Anleitung, hab ich auch grad gefunden und werde es mal wagen. Den Schritt 2 aus dieser Anleitung (Plugins deaktivieren) kann ich ja über den Admin-Bereich nicht machen, da ich mich ja nicht einloggen kann. Müsste doch aber auch reichen, wenn ich per FTP den Plugin-Ordner umbenenne, oder?

    das kannst Du tatsächlich so machen – Sicherung auf den lokalen Rechner wäre allerdings nicht schlecht. Siehe auch die folgende Anleitung aus der FAQ.

    Danke, hab alle Daten sowie die Datenbank gesichert.

    Bitte Daumen drücken. Ich geb Bescheid, wenn ich fertig bin – entweder mit dem manuellen Update oder mit den Nerven.

    So … das manuelle Updaten hat funktioniert. Ich kann mich wieder anmelden. Jetzt hat es mir nur ein wenig die Formatierung zerschossen. Da muss ich wohl noch ein wenig Zeit investieren.

    Auf jeden Fall ein riesengroßes Dankeschöne für Eure schnelle Hilfe.
