WP PHP 7.4 auf PHP 8.3 aktualisieren

Hallo zusammen,
meine Website ist unbemerkt auf der PHP-version 7.4 hängen geblieben. Versuche über den Hoster Strato das zu aktualisieren, schlugen fehl. Weitergehende Lösungsversuche wurden abgelehnt. Auch das Aktualisieren aller Plugins, Themes, auch den WP Core, hat nichts gebracht! Sobald ich auf PHP 8.0 bzw. 8.4 umstelle, ist die Seite nicht mehr erreichbar! Strato hatte mir eine Anleitung geschickt eine .htaccess Datei zu erstellen, danach sollt es funktionieren, ging aber auch nicht! Hat jemand von Euch Experten ggf. einen Lösungsansatz? Seite war aufrufbar! Nach und nach habe die die Plugins wieder aktiviert, sobald das Erste Plungin aktiviert wurde kam wieder critical error! Also habe ich Version PHP 8.0 probiert, das Gleiche! Wieder zurück auf PHP 7.4, und alles funktioniert wieder! Echt schwierig, habt Ihr einen Tipp? Danke.
Nachtrag: Mit einem PHP Checker habe ich die Plugins getestet, diese sind alle bis PHP8.0 kompatible. Wobei der PHP Checker nur bis PHP 8.0 testen kann.
