Hab ich gemacht und den Fehler gefunden. Da ziemlich viel Traffic auf dem Shop war, musste ich erstmal warten, bis die Lage sich beruhigt, darum konnte ich das erst heute ausprobieren.

Das Problem liegt am Plugin „WooCommerce PayPal Payments„. Ich hab es jetzt deaktiviert und Paypal über einen anderen Zahlungsanbieter eingebunden. Jetzt funktioniert wieder alles.

Vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Bei mir ist das Problem da, egal was ich versuche. Wenn ich im Backend angemeldet bin, hab ich das Problem allerdings nicht.
Mehrere Kunden haben sich deswegen gemeldet und diverse Leute haben es mit verschiedenen Browsern ausprobiert. Überall das gleiche Problem.
Allerdings ist das von der Reihenfolge abhängig. Der Warenkorb löscht sich nur, wenn es sich um unterschiedliche Produkte handelt und wenn es Varianten gibt. Mehrere Varianten vom gleichen Produkt sind kein Problem und ein Produkt ohne Varianten auch nicht.
