Wir konnten das Problem nun lösen! Es hatte allerdings mit dem Hostinganbieter zu tun gehabt (angeblich irgendeine Änderung des Namensservers).

Trotzdem, danke sehr für die Erklärungen. Werde mir das mit dem Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin definitiv merken und womöglich installieren 🙂
