Ich habe nun das Video Widget verwendet und damit kann ich wenigstens den Ton zu und abschalten. Allerdings startet es nicht automatisch obwohl so eingestellt. Der User muss das Video selbst starten. Aber es stimmt das nervt gewaltig wenn nicht gewünscht. In meinem Fall ist das Video als Hintergrund auf der Index Seite und startet automatisch mit der Webseite. Da wäre es noch schön wenn der User den Ton dazuschalten könnte. Ich habe aber eine Webseite erstellt die als Headbild ein Video zeigt das mit Ton hochgeladen wurde. Ich habe alle meine Browser getestet und bei allen den Ton frei gegeben, auch auf einem externen Tablet geprüft, immer ohne Ton. Daher muss es an WP liegen wenn der Ton nicht wiedergegeben wird. (Empfehlung von meinem Provider) Ich kann zwar mit dem kleinen Problem leben, praktischer wäre es schon wenn die automatisch Aktualisierung auch hier funktionieren würde. Die 8 GB size kommt wohl von den vielen Bildern es sind im Moment deren 809 andere Sites haben aber mehr. Seiten sind es 65. Das Problem besteht sein Anfang nur bei dieser Site ich bin nur darauf gekommen weil es bei den anderen beiden funktioniert ohne etwas dazu zu tun. NB: ich betreibe keinen Blog sondern Homepages. Es sind nur jeweils 2 Sicherungen archiviert, das Programm macht das automatisch. aber da könnte man schon die ältere jeweils löschen. Ich werde das Plugin installieren und nach Beschrieb vorgehen. Im Moment kann man das Thema beenden.
