    So, ich nochmal. Ich hab die Seite gelöscht und ein Backup das ich nach dem Ladezeiten-Problem gemacht habe eingespielt und nun läuft alles wieder. Ich schiebe es also doch auf das letzte WP Update. Danke trotzdem für deine Mühe @pixolin

    Error-Log des Servers – laut google müsste ich eine debug Datei im WP Content Ordner finden – da ist aber nix. Wo kann die stecken?

    WP-Optimize auch als Cache-Plugin? Ja

    Query Monitor – probiere ich aus.

    Aber ist das möglich das ein problematisches Theme auch das Backend ausbremst. Vorhin, als ich versucht hab an den Zustandsbericht zu kommen ist wieder das Backend abgeschmiert und ich bekomme so eine Cookie Abfrage, die auch gar nicht von mir ist.
