Dear all,<\/p>\n

I have moved my blog to an own server and created a child theme for the original apostrophe theme.
\nNow I wanted to change the boxes on the main page on the thumbnails to show the cathegory instead of the date. How can I achieve that?
\nI have tried to change the content.php in my own folder, which said before:<\/p>\n

<div class="entry-meta">\r\n\t\t<?php apostrophe_posted_on(); ?>\r\n    <\/div><!-- .entry-meta --><\/code><\/pre>\n
to:<\/p>\n
<div class="entry-meta">\r\n\t\t<?php get_the_category(); ?>\r\n    <\/div><!-- .entry-meta --><\/code><\/pre>\n
but nothing happened. <\/p>\n
I also don’t seem to be able to add a function in my function.php …<\/p>\n
Another problem is that since I moved, the thumbnails are not all squared anymore but according to image dimensions. How can I get that square back other than resizing the image files?<\/p>\n
Can somebody help?<\/p>\n
