Find the right user with the details you already have.

A customer gives you a phone number. A member remembers their company name. You have a delivery postcode, but no username. Those details are already in your database. User Supersearch makes them searchable from the WordPress screens you use every day.

Extend WordPress Users, WooCommerce Customers and the order customer selector with first and last names, billing and shipping details, and your own user fields. Choose which fields to include, enter a search, and get back to the customer.

All features below are included. No account, external search service or paid upgrade is required.

Search by more than a username

• Find users by first name, last name, email or a selected custom profile field.
• Search WooCommerce billing phone, company, city, postcode, address and shipping details.
• Look up a member number, customer reference or another simple value saved in user meta.
• Combine details across fields: John London finds users matching both terms, even when the terms are in different fields.
• Use London or Paris to find either value.
• Enable Whole Word Search to find John in John Smith, without also matching Johnson. The setting applies across searchable fields.

WordPress’s native user search fields remain available. You decide which extra fields are worth searching.

WooCommerce customer search, where you need it

Search the WooCommerce > Customers screen using the same fields as WordPress Users. Find a registered customer by phone number, company or delivery address, then keep working with the existing report filters, result counts and pagination.

The customer selector when editing an order also uses your chosen fields. You can find the right account while creating or updating an order, without opening a separate user search.

Guest customers remain searchable by their WooCommerce name and email. Searching user profile fields requires a registered account. WooCommerce is optional: User Supersearch also works on WordPress sites without a store.

Useful details beside each user

Add two optional columns to Users and WooCommerce Customers:

• Last login: see the most recent successful WordPress login recorded while User Supersearch is active.
• Last order: see the latest order creation date included in WooCommerce Analytics, with support for HPOS and legacy order storage.

Each column has its own checkbox. Last order is available when WooCommerce is active and the viewer has permission to access reports. Dates use your site’s timezone.

Works with your profile and membership plugins

ACF, ACPT Lite, Pods and Ultimate Member: search simple profile values stored in WordPress user meta. Select their saved field names under Advanced Fields. This works independently of the optional tools below.

• ACF User fields: extend user selectors with your chosen search fields, while retaining ACF’s role restrictions and access checks.
• bbPress: filter the Users list by forum role, such as Participant or Moderator, and combine it with your search.
• BuddyPress: choose which single-value xProfile fields to search. A separate switch lets you pause the integration without losing your field choices.
• Paid Memberships Pro: filter Users by membership level and active or expired status, subject to membership-list permissions.

Enable each integration separately in Settings. These tools apply to administration screens and authorized selectors; public member directories are unchanged.

Set it up in a few minutes

1. Install and activate User Supersearch.
2. Open Settings > User Supersearch and choose the fields you want to search.
3. Enable any activity columns or plugin integrations you need.
4. Search from Users, WooCommerce Customers or a supported user selector.

Filter Advanced Fields and select only the fields your team uses.

Tested on WordPress 7.1.1 and WooCommerce 11.1.1. Interface translations are included for Italian, French, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
