DesKings Shipment Manager provides self-contained courier operations inside WordPress:
- Shipment creation, editing, viewing, searching, filtering, pagination, and deletion.
- Unique automatic tracking numbers and status/location synchronization.
- Customer-visible tracking with one authoritative shipment timeline.
- Courier quote requests with a public, protected quote form and admin queue.
- Shipment invoices with server-calculated items, totals, payment states, printable views, and public lookup.
- WordPress Media Library shipment documents and branded PDF waybills.
- Configurable
wp_mail()notifications with sent/failed logs. - Responsive
[courierflow_tracking],[courierflow_quote_form], and[courierflow_invoice_lookup]shortcodes.
DesKings Shipment Manager does not use an external backend, paid dependency, runtime download, or theme-specific component. Elementor Free is supported through its Shortcode widget.
The distributed first-party JavaScript and CSS files are the complete, human-readable source. No compilation or build step is required.
Installation
- Back up the site before upgrading an existing DesKings Shipment Manager installation.
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in WordPress Admin.
- Choose
deskings-shipment-manager.zip, install it, and approve replacement when upgrading. - Activate the plugin and review DesKings Shipment Manager > Settings.
- Add the desired shortcode to a public page.
Version 1.3.2 uses the additive 1.3.0 schema and preserves existing shipments, tracking events, tracking numbers, settings, and shortcode links.

Does this work with Elementor Free?

Yes. Use Elementor’s Shortcode widget. Elementor Pro is not required.

Is contact information exposed by tracking or invoice lookup?

No. Public database queries select explicit safe fields. Private contact details, addresses, internal notes, creator IDs, and database errors are not exposed.

Does DesKings Shipment Manager send mail directly through an external service?

No. It uses
wp_mail()and remains compatible with WordPress SMTP plugins. DesKings Shipment Manager stores no SMTP password. -
Does DesKings Shipment Manager show live GPS?

No. Public tracking shows confirmed status events in one chronological timeline and does not render a live map or duplicate route summary.

What happens to data on uninstall?

Data is retained by default. An explicitly documented
COURIERFLOW_REMOVE_DATAconstant enables full table/settings cleanup. Media attachments are retained. -
Is Composer required?

No. Dompdf production files are included in the installable package.
