FAQ

Autsch! Ich bekomme gesagt: „FEHLER: Kein korrektes Backup-Ziel definiert!“

That means a backup job has started, but BackWPup doesn’t know where to store the backup files. Please cancel the running job and re-edit its configuration. There should be a Tab “To: …” in your backup job’s configuration. Have you set a backup target correctly?

A backup job has started, but nothing seems to be happening—not even when I restart it manually.

Lösung Nr. 1

  • Gehe zu BackWPup->Einstellungen

  • Füge irgendwo vor dieser Zeile das hinzu: define( 'ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true );

Ich erhalte diese Fehlermeldung: „The HTTP response test get a error «Connection time-out»“

* Dein Host erlaubt keine loop back connections.

Ich erhalte einen fatalen Fehler (FATAL ERROR): `Can not create folder: […]/wp-content/backwpup-[…]-logs in […]/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-job.php …`

  • Füge irgendwo vor dieser Zeile das hinzu: define( 'WP_TEMP_DIR', '/absolute/path/to/wp/your/temp-dir' );

  • %Y = Jahreszahl, vierstellig
  • %y = Jahreszahl, zweistellig
  • %a = Kleingeschriebenes ante meridiem (am) und post meridiem (pm)
  • %A = Großgeschriebenes ante meridiem (AM) and post meridiem (PM)
  • %B = Swatch-Internetzeit
  • %g = Stunde im 12-Stunden-Format, ohne führende Null
  • %G = Stunde im 24-Stunden-Format, ohne führende Null
  • %h = Stunde im 12-Stunden-Format, mit führender Null
  • %H = Stunde im 24-Stunden-Format, mit führender Null
  • %i = Minute, zweistellig, mit führender Null
  • %s = Sekunde, zweistellig, mit führender Null
