The plugin does exactly what it's suppose to do: collect submission info from Elementor forms. A bug that I experienced when exporting database as CSV, was addressed and solved by support in very short time. The plugin groups info according to the form which was used wile entering the data. Therefore, if there are more than one form on the website, you'll need to go over each form separately in order to collect all data. While this is something that I personally find less convenient, it doesn’t impact my overall user experience from this plugin.

After trying for several hours to find out why there was no recorded data, I decided to call the support service. What surprised me first was that despite the fact that it took me a while to answer the requests of the support service (not the same time zone), the person who was treating my problem was very good at following it, while he certainly had others to solve at the same time. In a second time, I noticed that even if the problem was very special (very rare), everything was done so that I feel at ease and that the more the case was special, the more it was considered as a challenge. Personally, I thought that it would take days to solve the problem. But less than a quarter of an hour after giving full access to a test copy of my site, the problem was solved! Really, the form vibes support is FORMidable ! Ph.D.
