Installation

Does what it has to do!I have a lot of pictures to manage, at first i was a little messy, hence lots of them to get rid of without being really sure of which one was used or not, then came Media Cleaner: i can still be me and be messy, and, like a cat fall back on my four legs! 🙂

I manage a medium-sized website that’s been around for over a decade, and I haven’t kept up with regular maintenance until recently. After upgrading to the pro version, I utilized this plugin to declutter my site by removing old, unused images. While achieving perfection can be challenging given the diverse website configurations out there, the plugin has performed admirably. I reached out for support, and they were responsive and helpful. This solution has allowed me to tidy up my site significantly without the need for a complete rebuild, at least for now.

The free version is useless it could not even find one single file despite hours of scanning!!! Same kind of problem with the Database cleaner too, which we bought the Pro version and the developer just could not help fix the issue. finally found another plugin that worked well Not going to waste my time and money on the Pro for sure.

I have used this on many websites, and it works flawlessly. I’m getting the pro version to clean up a large WordPress network and subsites with lots of duplicate media, and I’m confident it will get the job done as usual.
