Ninja Forms also has a complete library of add-ons to take your forms to new heights:

Increase form conversions

Breaking forms into smaller parts or allowing users to save and return make longer forms less intimidating. Conditional Logic will allow you to show field only to users who need them and send emails or process actions only under specific conditions.

Beautiful forms convert better than crowded unorganized forms. While Ninja Forms looks great on any well styled theme and is easy to style further if your are comforatble with CSS, Layout and Styles makes it easy to create columns for your forms as well as style specific elements.

Build your mailing list

Use the mailing list tool of your choice. MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Emma, Aweber, MailPoet, iContact, GetResponse, CleverReach, Sendy, and Mad Mimi are all supported for your list building needs.

Collect payments

Ninja Forms gives you the ability to collect payments through PayPal Express, Stripe, or Elavon. More payment gateways coming.

All the best customer relationship management integrations

When someone fills out your form the most natural thing to do is send their data directly to your favorite CRM. Ninja Forms makes this easy with plenty of CRM integrations such as SalesForce, Batchbook, Zoho, Insightly, Capsule, etc.

Send data to all your favorite productivity tools with the click of a submit button

We love and use tools like Slack, Trello, and Zapier. These tools help our very own team build Ninja Forms so it makes sense that we would share them with you.

Even if your team needs a support form where your customers can ask for help, Ninja Forms integrates with Help Scout to make this a delightful experience.

Rezensionen

Great form builder

Although my form requirements were outside the scope of what Ninja Forms could do, I had a great experience using their plugin, and their support team was responsive and helpful.

Ninja Forms – Good Solution, BUT Lacking for ADA Compliance

We have completely embraced the Ninja Forms solution and purchased the full package – including all extensions. While developing a „.org“, ’not for profit‘ website for a huge client, it came to our attention that the solution does not have the ability to perform three tasks via its UI …
1 – Customize Error Messages
2 – Add aria-attributes
3 – Implement datalayer onclick events on form submission buttons

After emailing the support team at Ninja Forms, and receiving a response from Justin McElhaney, it would appear that NF does not have any immediate plans to implement these features in the future.

Unfortunate this means we will likely have to move off of this solution for this ’not for profit‘ project as this site does get audited for ADA compliance. And without the ability to perform *these tasks*, the forms (despite their overall performance) do this client no good.

Sadly, inferior products such as Contact Form 7, at least provide custom error handling.

Very disappointed with NF’s response.

Great plugin – use it!

Good Job. Perfectly working forms. Responsive. Good looking and functioning backoffice.
The Ninja forms improve my site Webapps.nu a lot. Thanks.

Not bad

Maybe I’m just not looking into it deep enough but I figured you can just simply declare a class in the Goowy and style the whole form but Ninja forms has made this a bit painful. Maybe I am wrong let me know either way, again sorry if I am being harsh.

I did have problems with this plug-in timing out in the middle of publishing forms.

Edit: I found this… https://ninjaforms.com/docs/styling-your-forms/

Plenty of options here, still not the biggest fan of NinjaForms right now for other reasons but you can style as needed.

Started Out Rough But Ended Great

I was excited to use this product, but it just wasn’t meant to be. We had certain conflicts with our WordPress installation and plugins that made using Ninja Forms too time consuming. I am pretty sure that they problem is on our end, not with the plugin. The cool thing is that Ninja stepped up promptly and gave a full refund. The provided great customer service in a world where a lot of plugin developers would’ve just ignored the problem and kept the money. I hope we can get things fixed on our end so we can try Ninja Forms again. I give them a 4 out of 5 stars for great customer service.
